(27) 22-0870 CD 8 CONSIDERATION OF MOTION (HARRIS-DAWSON – RAMAN) relative to creating a Jobs and Economic Development Incentive (JEDI) Zone in certain areas of Council District Eight. Recommendation for Council action: DIRECT the Economic and Workforce Development Department to evaluate the following areas as a JEDI Zone and report with findings and recommendations in regard to creation of said zone to include the businesses located on: Crenshaw Boulevard, with the northern boundary of Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard and the southern boundary of 60th Street. Western Boulevard, with the northern boundary of Exposition Boulevard and the southern boundary of Gage Avenue. The area bounded by Manchester Avenue to the north, Imperial Highway to the south, Vermont Avenue to the west, and Broadway to the east.
