(3) 23-0819 MOTION (HUTT - BLUMENFIELD) relative to amending prior Council action of May 25, 2021 regarding Fiscal Year (FY) 2020-21 Budget / Los Angeles Police Department / Reinvest Funds for Impacted Communities (Council file No. 20-0600-S83), as further amended by prior Council action of July 5, 2023 relative to the Fourth Financial Status Report / FY 2022-23 (Council file No. 22-0600-S104), to consolidate three Council District 10 Homeless allocations into one account for homeless services. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: AMEND the prior Council action of May 25, 2021 regarding "FY 2020-21 Budget / Los Angeles Police Department / Reinvest Funds for Impacted Communities" (Council file No. 20-0600-S83) as further amended by the Council action of July 5, 2023 relative to "Fourth Financial Status Report /FY 2022-23" (Council file No. 22-0600-S104), to consolidate into one account three Council District 10 Homeless allocations to be used by Homeless Health Care Los Angeles for homeless services, by approving the following transfers within the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56: From: Account  Name Amount 000412 CD-10 Encampment to Home (FY 2022-23) $135,000 000413 CD-10 South LA Homeless Street Engagement & Coordination Hub 48,000 000415 CD-10 Center for Interagency Policy and Action on Homelessness 43,000 Total: $226,000 To: Name Amount 000412 CD-10 Encampment to Home (FY 2022-23) $226,000 DIRECT and AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to prepare, process and execute the necessary document(s) with, and/or payment(s) to Homeless Health Care Los Angeles, or any other agency, organization, or entity, as appropriate, in the above amount, for the above purpose, subject to the approval of the City Attorney, if needed. AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to make any corrections, clarifications or revisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any new instructions, in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion, and including any corrections and changes to fund or account numbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be made orally, electronically or by any other means.
