(Bond No. C-143907) Subdivider: Cardona Properties, LLC; Surveyor: Jerome A. Rogers Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that the subdivider has paid a fee of $8,981.60 for the processing of this final tract map pursuant to Section 19.02(A) (2) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. No additional City funds are needed.
