(26) 23-0750 CD 15 CONSIDERATION OF MOTION (McOSKER – RAMAN) relative to authorizing the Department of General Services (GSD) to negotiate and execute a lease for a new Council District 15 Constituent Services Office located at 970 West 190th Street, Suite 150 in Harbor Gateway, California. Recommendations for Council action: AUTHORIZE the GSD to negotiate and execute a lease for a new Council District 15 Constituent Services Office located at 970 West 190th Street, Suite 150 in Harbor Gateway, CA.  REQUEST the City Attorney review, as to form and legality, and approve a lease agreement consistent with the proposed terms. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this Motion.
