(3) 22-0204 CD 15 ADMINISTRATIVE EXEMPTION and TRADE, TRAVEL AND TOURISM COMMITTEE REPORT relative to authorizing the proposed Third Amendment to Agreement No. 18-3618 with Mark Thomas and Company, Inc. for professional engineering services for the State Route 47 – Vincent Thomas Bridge and Front Street Interchange Reconfiguration Project. Recommendations for Council action: ADOPT the determination by the Board of Harbor Commissioners (Board) that the proposed action is administratively exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) in accordance with Article ll, Section 2(f) of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines. APPROVE the Port of Los Angeles Resolution No. 23-10154 authorizing the proposed Third Amendment to Agreement No. 23-3618-C with Mark Thomas and Company, Inc. Fiscal Impact Statement: The Board reports that there is no impact to the General Fund.
