(9) 23-0759 NEIGHBORHOODS AND COMMUNITY ENRICHMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to reconfiguring the composition of the Proposition K Regional Volunteer Neighborhood Oversight Committees to align with the Council District boundaries, and related matters. Recommendations for Council action: AMEND the current composition of the Regional Volunteer Neighborhood Oversight Committees to reflect the proposed composition as described in Attachment A of the July 7, 2023 LA for Kids Steering Committee report, attached to the Council file. AUTHORIZE the L.A. for Kids Steering Committee staff to make technical modifications as necessary to effectuate the intent of the July 7, 2023 LA for Kids Steering Committee report, attached to the Council file. Fiscal Impact Statement: The L.A. for Kids Steering Committee reports that there is no anticipated impact to the General Fund as this is an administrative action.
