Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated August 22, 2023, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 900 North Alfred Street (Case No. 745366), Assessor I.D. No. 5529-002-046, from the REAP.
