(30) 23-0887 CD 2 MOTION (KREKORIAN - RODRIGUEZ) relative to funding for overtime security by the Los Angeles Police Department North Hollywood Division for parks located within the Division area. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $270,000 from the Council Community Projects line item in the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56 and designate for 'North Hollywood Parks Facilities Security and Community Engagement Event CD - 2)' to the Police Fund No. 100/70, Account No. 1092 (Overtime - Police Officers), to be used by the North Hollywood Police Division for overtime security for parks located within the Division area. AUTHORIZE the Los Angeles Police Department to make any technical corrections or clarification as necessary to the above fund transfer instructions in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion.
