(31) 23-0888 MOTION (PARK - YAROSLAVSKY) relative to a donation of an 11 passenger tram from the Walsh Construction Company to the Bureau of Sanitation (BOS). Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the BOS to accept the donation to the City of an 11 passenger tram Harlan 2001 valued at $10,000 from Walsh Construction Company, to include this equipment on the Bureau's inventory list, and to THANK the donor on behalf of the City.
