(33) 23-0889 CD 5 MOTION (YAROSLAVSKY - KREKORIAN) relative to a personal services contract with Vivian Rescalvo to provide services for the Fifth Council District. Recommendations for Council action: APPROVE the personal services contract, attached to the Motion, with Vivian Rescalvo for providing services for the Fifth Council District. AUTHORIZE the Councilwoman of the Fifth District to execute this contract on behalf of the City. INSTRUCT the City Clerk to encumber the necessary funds against the Contractual Services Account of the Council Fund for Fiscal Year 2023-­2024 and to reflect it as a charge against the budget of the involved Council Office.
