Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: PRESENT and ADOPT the accompanying ORDINANCE dated July 10, 2023, renewing a franchise (Ordinance No. 182154) granted to the California Hospital Medical Center Hope Street Family Center Property Management LLC to install and maintain a private line telecommunications facility in the public rights-of-way on Venice Boulevard, just east of Hope Street, in the City of Los Angeles. NOT PRESENT and ORDER FILED the Ordinance dated June 30, 2023.
