(21) 21-0509-S1 CD 3 MOTION (BLUMENFIELD - HARRIS-DAWSON) relative to installing street banners to promote the Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council and to encourage participation. Recommendations for Council action: APPROVE, in accordance with Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 63.132, the Street Banner program being coordinated by the Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council, as a City of Los Angeles Non-Event Street Banner Program for the period of September 1, 2023 to September 1, 2024.
