(17) 23-0010-S10 MOTION (RODRIGUEZ - BLUMENFIELD) relative to an offer of reward for information leading to the identification, apprehension, and conviction of the person or persons responsible for setting three wooden crosses on fire at the front lawn of Sylmar Christian Fellowship Church on July 6, 2023. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: PROVIDE an offer of reward in the amount of $50,000 for information leading to the identification, apprehension, and conviction of the person(s) responsible for setting three wooden crosses on fire at the front lawn of Sylmar Christian Fellowship Church, located at 13901 Polk Street, on July 6, 2023. FIND that the subject reward complies with the provisions of Chapter 12, Article 1, Division 19, of the Los Angeles Administrative Code.
