(7) 22-1505 CD 7 GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to a new license agreement with Making It Happen Inc. for office space at North Valley City Hall, 7747 Foothill Boulevard, Room 203, Tujunga, California 91042. Recommendation for Council action: AUTHORIZE the Department of General Services (GSD) to execute a new license agreement between the City and Making It Happen Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, for office space to be used to provide food and grocery assistance at North Valley City Hall, 7747 Foothill Boulevard, Room 203, Tujunga, California 91042.
