Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated August 30, 2023, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 4091 South Creed Avenue (Case No. 800813), Assessor I.D. No. 5023-002-003, from the REAP.
