(13) 22-1528-S1 CD 15 MOTION (McOSKER – HUTT) relative to a street banner program to promote the Centennial Anniversary of the Watts Towers and to celebrate over 100 years of museum and arts education in Los Angeles from October 2023 – December 2023. Recommendations for Council action: APPROVE the Street Banner program being coordinated by the Department of Cultural Affairs Watts Towers Arts Center Campus to celebrate over 100 years of museum and arts education in Los Angeles, as well as to promote the Centennial Anniversary of the Watts Towers, as a City of Los Angeles Non-event Street Banner Program for the period of October 2023 – December 2023.
