(23) 20-0278-S2 CDs 1, 11 NEIGHBORHOODS AND COMMUNITY ENRICHMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the Measure A Grant Agreement amendments to extend the time for the Alvarado Terrace Playground and for Del Rey Lagoon Playground Replacement Projects. Recommendations for Council action: APPROVE the time extension of the Measure A grant performance period as set forth in the June 2, 2022 Board of Recreation and Park Commissioners (Board) report, attached to the Council file, for the following projects (Time Extensions), subject to review and approval by the Los Angeles County Regional Park and Open Space District (Grantor): Alvarado Terrace Park Playground Replacement Project and Del Rey Lagoon Playground Replacement Project (collectively, Projects). AUTHORIZE the General Manager, Department of Recreation and Parks (RAP), to execute the amendments to the Measure A grant agreements for the Projects in substantially the same form as set forth in Attachment 1 of the June 2, 2022 Board report, attached to the Council file, for the Time Extension upon approval by Grantor, and subject to City Council approval and approval as to form by the City Attorney.
