(24) 23-0741 NEIGHBORHOODS AND COMMUNITY ENRICHMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the transfer of appropriations between funds in the Department of Recreation and Parks (RAP) and the Information Technology Agency (ITA) for communication services. Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: AUTHORIZE the transfer of appropriations from the RAP to the ITA, as detailed in Report No. 23-130, included as an Attachment of the Board of Recreation and Park Commissioners (Board) report dated July 6, 2023, attached to the Council file.
