(4) 23-0600-S99 TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE REPORT relative to resources needed to adequately staff the Traffic Control Officers at the Wilmington District Office related to equipment and signal failures.  Recommendation for Council action: INSTRUCT the Los Angeles Department of Transportation to provide a written report to the Transportation Committee within 30 days on the resources needed to adequately staff the Traffic Control Officers at the Wilmington District Office related to equipment and signal failures.
