2.L. AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR AUDIO VISUAL\nTECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES WITH WAVEGUIDE LLC [S.\nCAMPBELL, H. COLLINS, E. HAMANT]:\nThe City Council will consider approving Amendment No. 3 with Waveguide\nLLC to provide on-call audio visual technical support services.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement\nwith Waveguide LLC to provide on-call audio visual technical support services\nfor an increased amount of $50,000 and a new total not-to-exceed amount of\n$310,000; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute\ndocuments incident to the award of the Amendment.\nSTAFF REPORT
