Recommendation for Council action: INSTRUCT the Bureau of Engineering and the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety, with the assistance of the City Administrative Officer, to report on the feasibility of and cost estimate for the City to complete the permanent hillside stabilization for the property located on 3585 Multiview Drive, including potential funding sources to complete the work, and recommendations on options for reimbursement.
