(24) 23-0950 PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE REPORT relative to approving proposed amendments to the Fire Code regarding Certified Unified Program Agency requirements. Recommendation for Council action: REQUEST the City Attorney to draft Ordinances adding and/or amending provisions of the Fire Code, which are contained in the Los Angeles Municipal Code, Chapter 5, Article 7, to update and streamline regulations and requirements for the operation of the Los Angeles Fire Department’s Certified Unified Program Agency program.
