(14) 23-0002-S91 RULES, ELECTIONS AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT and RESOLUTION relative to establishing the City’s position regarding  House Resolution (H.R.) 4024 (Barragan), which would provide for the establishment of standards to limit the carbon intensity of the fuel used by certain vessels.  Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Resolution (McOsker - Raman), SUBJECT TO THE CONCURRENCE OF THE MAYOR: RESOLVE to include in the City's 2023-24 Federal Legislative Program SUPPORT for H.R. 4024, the Clean Shipping Act of 2023, which would provide for the establishment of standards to limit the carbon intensity of the fuel used by certain vessels.
