(10) 23-0859 BUDGET, FINANCE AND INNOVATION COMMITTEE REPORT relative to delinquent accounts receivables submitted by the Los Angeles Housing Department for the quarter ending June 30, 2023. Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the Collections Board of Review’s recommendations for the Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) to remove from its active account receivables, 31 uncollectible invoices totaling $510,084.06.
