Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated September 18, 2023, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 600 North Robinson Street (Case No. 789581), Assessor I.D. No. 5401-014-010, from the REAP.
