Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the LAHD report recommendation dated October 3, 2023, attached to the Council file, and ADOPT the accompanying RESOLUTION removing the property at 256 South 4th Avenue (Case No. 776224) Assessor I.D. No. 4240-007-001 from the REAP.
