(8) 23-0814 CD 1 CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION and COMMUNICATION FROM THE CITY ENGINEER relative to an offer to dedicate an easement for street and sidewalk purposes on 1341 North Cliff Drive - Right of Way No. 36000-10295 (Dedication). Recommendations for Council action: FIND that the Dedication is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 pursuant to Article III, Class 5(4) of the City's Environmental Guidelines. ACCEPT the petitioner's offer for the Dedication, substantially as shown on the Exhibit Map of the July 26, 2023 City Engineer report, attached to the Council file. AUTHORIZE the Board of Public Works to acquire the Dedication. INSTRUCT the City Clerk to forward a copy of the Council action on this project to the Bureau of Engineering, Real Estate Division for processing.
