(1) 23-1049 ADMINISTRATIVE EXEMPTION and TRADE, TRAVEL AND TOURISM COMMITTEE REPORT relative to approving the First Amendment to a Subrecipient Agreement for the Port of Los Angeles’ (POLA) Advanced Infrastructure Demonstration Project with West Basin Container Terminal and Wireless Advanced Vehicle Electrification, LLC. Recommendations for Council action: ADOPT the determination by the Board of Harbor Commissioners (Board) that the action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article ll, Section 2(f) of the Los Angeles City CEQA Guidelines. APPROVE POLA Resolution No. 23-10163 authorizing approval of the First Amendment to Subrecipient Agreement No. 20-3723 for the POLA Advanced Infrastructure Demonstration Project with West Basin Container Terminal and Wireless Advanced Vehicle Electrification, LLC
