Recommendation for Council action: APPROVE the exemption of one Senior Project Coordinator (Class Code 1538) position for the EWDD from the Civil Service pursuant to Charter Section 1001(d)(4) as detailed in the September 8, 2023 EWDD report, attached to the Council File.
