(17) 20-1128 CD 13 COMMUNICATION FROM THE CITY ENGINEER relative to initiating vacation proceedings for the northwesterly side of Park Drive from 128 feet of Ewing Street to approximately 184 feet northeasterly thereof (VAC-E1401384). Recommendations for Council action: ADOPT the City Engineer report dated September 7, 2023, attached to the Council file, to initiate the vacation proceedings to vacate the northwesterly side of Park Drive from 128 feet of Ewing Street to approximately 184 feet northeasterly thereof, as shown on Exhibit C of said City Engineer report, pursuant to California Streets and Highways Code, Division 9, Part 3, Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements Vacation Law. DIRECT the Bureau of Engineering to investigate and report regarding the feasibility of this vacation request.
