(20) 23-1021 CD 11 HOUSING AND HOMELESSNESS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to executing any necessary documents to accept the Encampment Resolution Fund (ERF) grant funding on behalf of the City, and related matters. Recommendations for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Park – Padilla), SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: INSTRUCT the City Administrative Officer (CAO) to: Execute any necessary documents to accept the ERF funding on behalf of the City. Be the designated grant administrator for the ERF. REQUEST the Controller to establish a new Special Fund, entitled "Encampment Resolution Fund Grant- Ballona," within Department No. 10, to receive and disburse the ERF funds. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the CAO nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
