(24) 22-0514 CD 3 CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION and PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT (PLUM) COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the inclusion of the Disabled American Veterans Birmingham Hospital Chapter 73, located at 6543 - 6565 North Corbin Avenue, in the list of Historic-Cultural Monuments. Recommendations for Council action:​ DETERMINE that the proposed designation is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Article 19, Section 15308, Class 8 and Article 19, Section 15331, Class 31 of the State CEQA Guidelines. DETERMINE that the subject property conforms with the definition of a Monument pursuant to Section 22.171.7 of the Los Angeles Administrative Code. ADOPT the updated FINDINGS submitted by Council District Three, dated October 3, 2023, as the Findings of Council. APPROVE the partial inclusion to designate only the area that covers the clubhouse (northwest corner) rather than the entire site, for the Disabled American Veterans Birmingham Hospital Chapter 73, located at 6543 - 6565 North Corbin Avenue, Woodland Hills, CA 91367, in the City’s list of Historic-Cultural Monuments.
