(25) 22-1566 PLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE REPORT relative to a climate action and adaptation plan into the City's General Plan, and related matters. Recommendation for Council action: INSTRUCT the City Administrative Officer (CAO), in consultation with the Board of Public Works (Climate Emergency Mobilization Office), to prepare a report with recommendations as to the cost estimates included in the Department of City Planning (DCP) report dated April 26, 2023, attached to the Council file, relative to a climate action and adaptation plan; and, the availability of State (or Federal) grant funds, as indicated in the DCP report. Fiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the DCP. Neither the CAO nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
