Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $400 from the Mayor's portion of the Heritage Month Celebration & Special Events line item in the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56 to the General Services Fund No. 100/40, Account No. 1070 (Salaries-As Needed) for the Mayor's special recognition in support for the people of Israel on October 8, 2023, including the illumination of City Hall.
