(31) 22-0503 CD 4 MOTION (RAMAN – HUTT) relative to amending the Council action of May 11, 2022 regarding a transfer of Council 4 District discretionary funds for "Tree Trimming / Tree Removal / Council District 4 / Neighborhood Service Enhancements / General City Purposes Fund" (Council file No. 22-0503). Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: AMEND the Council action of May 11, 2022 regarding a transfer of Council District 4 discretionary funds for "Tree Trimming / Tree Removal / Council District 4 / Neighborhood Service Enhancements / General City Purposes Fund" (Council file No. 22-0503) to rescind the action and return the funds to their source, inasmuch as the Bureau of Street Services is unable to accommodate additional discretionary trimming funds when there is already an on-demand fund provided for in the budget.
