(Bond No. C-144384) Subdivider: 1025 North Wilcox Avenue, L.P.; Surveyor: John W. Milo Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that the subdivider has paid a fee of $11,720 for the processing of this final tract map pursuant to Section 19.02(A) (2) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. No additional City funds are needed.
