Recommendation for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $400 from the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56, Account No. 0714 (CD-14 Community Services) to the General Services Fund No. 100/40, Account No. 1070 (Salaries-As Needed), for services in connection with Council District 14's solemn recognition of World AIDS Day on December 1, 2023, including the illumination of City Hall, the Sixth Street Viaduct, and the pylons at Los Angeles International Airport.
