2.T. A RESOLUTION IN RECOGNITION OF APRIL AS LIBRARY\nAPPRECIATION MONTH IN THE CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD [J.\nERICKSON, Y. QUARKER, A. LOVANO, J. DEL TORO]:\nThe City Council will consider adopting a resolution recognizing the month of\nApril as Library Appreciation Month in the City of West Hollywood to honor\nand celebrate the valuable role libraries, librarians, and library staff play in\ntransforming lives and strengthening communities.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 23-______, "A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD IN RECOGNITION OF APRIL AS LIBRARY\nAPPRECIATION MONTH;" and 2) Direct the Communications Department\nto utilize all appropriate communication tools, including, the City's website\nand social media channels to promote Library Appreciation Month in the City\nof West Hollywood.\nSTAFF REPORT
