Recommendation for Council action: RECEIVE and FILE the October 16, 2023 and October 19, 2023 communications from the Mayor relative to the appointment of Alejandra Velasquez to the Board of El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument Authority Commissioners, inasmuch as the appointee has withdrawn from further consideration.
