(2) 23-0900-S32 CD 15 CONTINUED CONSIDERATION OF HEARING PROTESTS and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to the improvement and maintenance of the Sepulveda Street and Grand Avenue CDBG No. 1 Street Lighting District.​ Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR:​ DENY the protest and confirm the assessments.
