22. \n25-56641\nRecommendation to adopt Plans and Specifications No. R-7263 and award a\ncontract to PCL Construction Services, Inc., of Denver, CO, for the Passenger\nConcourse Enhancements Project at the Long Beach Airport, in the amount of\n$27,480,243, authorize a 10 percent contingency in the amount of $2,748,024, for\na total contract amount not to exceed $30,228,267, and authorize City Manager, or\ndesignee, to execute all documents necessary to enter into the contract, including\nany necessary amendments;\nAdopt Categorical Exemption CE-25-017; and\nIncrease appropriations in the Airport Fund Group in the Airport Department by\n$34,024,718, offset by grant revenues and Airport funds available.
