(41) 23-0828 CD 8 GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the termination of the billboard lease at 6300 Western Avenue, at the intersection of Western Avenue and Gage Avenue, and removal of the two billboards on the site. Recommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Harris-Dawson – Padilla): INSTRUCT the Department of General Services, with the assistance of the City Attorney, to negotiate and execute the termination of the billboard lease at 6300 Western Avenue, and take all steps necessary to facilitate the removal of the two billboards on the site. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
