(42) 23-1045 CD 12 GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to a lease with the Chatsworth/Porter Ranch Chamber of Commerce and a Space Sharing Agreement for the Chatsworth Neighborhood Council for office space located at 10038 Old Depot Plaza Road. Recommendations for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Lee - Hutt): INSTRUCT the Department of General Services (GSD) to prepare a new lease between the City and the Chatsworth/Porter Ranch Chamber of Commerce at a rate of $300 a month, with the agreement including the provision for management of the Hal Bernson Community Room located at 10038 Old Depot Plaza Road. INSTRUCT the GSD, the Los Angeles Department of Transportation, the City Clerk, and the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment to prepare a new Space Sharing Agreement for the Chatsworth Neighborhood Council's continued occupancy of office space located at 10038 Old Depot Plaza Road. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
