(44) 23-0735 CD 15 PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the allocation of funds for a new Crisis and Incident Response through the Community Lead Engagement (CIRCLE) Team in the Harbor Area in Council District 15. Recommendations for Council action, pursuant to Motion (McOsker – Park – Hernandez), SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER $1,500,000 from the Unappropriated Balance, Unarmed Crisis Response line item to a new line item in the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56, Account No. TBD, for a new CIRCLE Team in the Harbor Area in Council District 15. AUTHORIZE the City Administrative Officer (CAO) to prepare Controller instructions; and, AUTHORIZE the Controller to implement these instructions and to make technical adjustments that may be required and are consistent with this action. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the CAO nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
