(56) 23-1260 CD 4 MOTION (RAMAN - SOTO-MARTÍNEZ) relative to funding for an outstanding balance in the Neighborhood Service Enhancements line item for Council District Four. Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR: TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $79,344 from the AB1290 Fund No. 53P, Account No. 281204 (CD 4 Redevelopment Projects - Services) to the Council District 4 portion of the "Neighborhood Service Enhancements" line item in the General City Purposes Fund No. 100/56 in order to fund an outstanding balance in that line item. AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to make any technical corrections or clarifications as necessary to the above instructions in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion.
