(2) 23-0900-S41 CD 14 CONTINUED CONSIDERATION OF HEARING PROTESTS and ORDINANCE FIRST CONSIDERATION relative to the improvement and maintenance of the San Pedro and 6th Streets Lighting District.​ Recommendations for Council action, SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR:​ DENY the protest and confirm the assessments.
