(24) 23-1160 PUBLIC SAFETY COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the plan to expand the Crisis and Incident Response Through Community Lead Engagement (CIRCLE) program to new geographic areas of the City, and related matters. Recommendations for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Rodriguez – Blumenfield): REQUEST the Mayor's Office to report on a plan to expand the CIRCLE program to new geographic areas of the City. INSTRUCT the City Administrative Officer (CAO), with the assistance of the Mayor's Office, to identify all funding sources available for the CIRCLE expansion Citywide. Fiscal Impact Statement: Neither the CAO nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this report.
