(Bond No. C-144608) Owner: 4827 Oakwood LLC; Surveyor: Bryan Gentry Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that the subdivider has paid a fee of $9,064 for the processing of this final parcel map pursuant to Section 19.02(B) (3) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. No additional City funds are needed.
