(Bond No. C-144607) Owner: Rad Homes LLC; Surveyor: Harvey Goodman Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that the subdivider has paid a fee of $9,064 for the processing of this final parcel map pursuant to Section 19.02(A)(2) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. No additional City funds are needed.
