(Bond No. C-144611) Owner: 700 Lucile Ave LLC; Surveyor: Mo Sahebi Fiscal Impact Statement: The City Engineer reports that the subdivider has paid a fee of $9,064 for the processing of this final parcel map pursuant to Section 19.02(B)(3) of the Los Angeles Municipal Code. No additional City funds are needed.
